Server connection problem

I can't connect to any zone. When i start the game client (3.9) the zone names are red and there is no ping or an ping of 100.0.

I know that the game has no connection but why.

I think the problem is our Firewall but the only problem is: how can i come across the firewall what are the proxy settings i have to use.

 

I hope you guys know the solution because 2 friends have the game and when i played it i liked it very well.

before ou do anything else try to disable your firewall and then open the game again. Tell me what that does.

 

 

Seconly make sure you are using CONTINUUM not subspace.

Proxies are generally a bad bad thing and should be forgotten. If you have a firewall then you'll have to disable it or allow Continuum through. Since every firewall is different, you'll have to either use the firewall's manual or describe it in many details here.

Of course, if the firewall/connection/computer/whatever is a school/work one, should you really be playing there in the first place?
