For someone who backed up death squads in El Salvador, funded Contras in Nicaragua while killing civilians and destroying oil refineries, announced the famous "Star Wars" project while relations between the Soviet Union and the US were calming down, invades Grenada and is part of the Iran-Contras scandal in 1986, he doesn't deserve much respect from me. But anyways, he must have done some cool things too.
