Continuum wont open

continuum wont open, when i goto taskmanager i see continuum.exe jumping everywhere and i cant even stop it, its "invalid". i saved a log from a program i used,

 

guys i scanned and i didnt know what to delete so i saved the log, please read u guys, i need help

notice how i have so many svhosts, and i cant close them, i scanned with Stinger, it didnt pick it up, so i need help!

 

Sigh..i clicked Continuum.exe at 430PM, it is NOW 930..and its still trying to open...

Don't worry about svchost.exe

 

 

What is save.exe?

I have 5 svchosts running, so I don`t think that`s the problem.

reboot your computer. Close down programs:

 

iTunesHelper.exe

Save.exe

MsnMsgr.Exe

iPodService.exe

 

 

Run Continuum.exe

fail?

 

Rename continuum.exe to something like continuum2.exe, reboot, run it.

adaware is very usefull.

 

leavs svchost.exe well alone, of you close the wrong one the system shuts down, if you block it with a firewall it can overload your ram and make the coputer run painfully slow.

 

Best thing to do in this situation is to attempt to reinstall continuum, if its somehow corrupted that will fix it.

BUT trying it again didnt wrk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i renamed it and restarted BUT it didnt wrk lol, now what

Have you installed anything new or changed any settings since it stopped working?

Download and run spybot Search and Destory. Run and remove any spyware that doesn't come from microsoft products.

 

Directly after that run your virus scanner. Reboot and run continuum under a new name.
