I click on now for the rules and the download screen starts to come up. It goes black then goes back down to minimized. Then, i click on that and it comes up again. I hear sounds for like, 1 second before it minimizes itself again, only THIS time, the chat display appears for the zone. WHAT'S HAPPENING?!?!?!?!?!?!
