I require a little help with some php.

 

I want to make a command button that takes you to an edit screen and allows an entry to the database to be edited, i am unsure on how to do this.

 

I have thought about attching a hidden form to a command button that has each entry enterd into it, the button is then a submit button to an edit form which i can make and make an update function attatched to it.

 

Is this the best way to aquire the values for an edit form or is there another way?
