Too many names glitch

I try deleting names in my profile. it deletes them.. but when I re-enter the list all of the names I just deleted are still there! I've tried OK, cancel, the x button (I know only OK will save my changes) and I've tried everything possible. This is really annoying. anotehr thing is when I try adding a name, it is added but when I press OK it goes away. so I cant make any new names. Anyone know what's going on?

Use Windows Explorer or 'My Computer' and browse to the Continuum directory.

Right click>Properties

Make sure that it doesnt have 'read only' checked... If it Isn't checked, then you might want to check the files inside the directory.

The 1 used for profles is named profile.dat

Make sure it is NOT 'read only'
