If they are Old enough to decide to get married, Without their parents 'permission' ( Probably 19 for most ) let them get married, and then they can screw eachother as much as they want.If people Actually Practiced Celibacy, Then we wouldn't have to worry about Pedophilia.but at 19 neither is a peado so this is almoat totally unlelated to the discussion. Celibacy wouldnt work, its against the primal instict of all mammals and not even us humans with our "advanced" brains can resist sexual urges.

(fromm google, searched define: celibacy) so -*BAD WORD*- friends are not celbate.
