Resolution Problems

On one computer, the resolution for Continuum 0.38 can be changed to a much higher setting that on another. I was wondering if it is possible to change the resolution on the one computer to as high of a level as that on the other computer. The computer which has the lower choices is a laptop with a smaller monitor. The computer with the higher settings has a larger monitor. There is a definite disadvantage to having only low resolutions available. How can I change the resolution on the laptop? (i understand everything will be smaller, but the advantages of having the higher resolution far outweigh that problem.)

Thank you!!

In continuum advanced options tick "show deafult resolutions". It will then give you the option to use any res upto 2048x1536, even if your computer/monitor doesnt support them.

My monitor supposedly supports 1920xwhatever, but i can get away with 2048x1536. Hope this helps.

How big is yours? You should update your drivers using Windows Update. (And probably update everything else if it's available)

i also have a brand new computer so everything is up to date

at least, i think haha blum.gif
