button problems

hi this is the most annoying thing, when im playing subspace, at certain times if i press back or forward my hole ship will just freeze and just float for a few seconds. Like engine shutdown but not as bad, its like i can move left and right when it happens but not back and forth. Wtf is this? its really bad when im trying to rec or front anchor. Please help.

Perhaps you have some utility mapped to those keys as quickkeys?

nope nothing like that, infact i cloe ALL programs while playing ss except winamp

Winamp is a huge CPU hog, especially between songs. At least make sure it is minimized. I think you are going to have to deal with system pauses if you can't live without Winamp.

hmm maybe its a defualt command by your comp i know if i press certain keys that happens but its not the same as y ours. and to help you a lil dont run winamp makes you laggier (depening on connection)
