F1 Menu

I know already know that there is a whole lot to work on for the new map and settings but for the time being can someone update the F1 menu so that people who come in during the time before the new map and everything can at least have a help menu that isn't out of date

All that really needs to be fixed is the !commands be updated to show the corrected ?commands

Putting up a line that tells people this may not work may not be read at all and is just a temp solution

Also anything that refers to areabot can be removed

And the Sector Transport section can be removed and replaced with the Catapult way only

People who are new get confused and annoyed and then leave and no one wants that

I'll get someone to work on it. An update of the current map is in the works too, to fix all the little bugs on it.
