ok question, when i goto file (Right click in a folder) -> new, how do i modify what there is? for example instead of just a new folder, there are alotta junk thats stuck in the registry from games that dont have an uninstall.exe

Tweak UI can take things out of the new menu, I don't know if it works on XP though.

on Win98se

 

in the registry:

 

Under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

 

it lists a crapload of file extensions, if you want one of these extensions in the New> context menu, do this:

 

right click on the folder with the extension name

selection NEW>KEY

Name the Key (looks like a folder) to:

S-*BAD WORD*-New-

(thats all you really need to do)
