Bargeld Posted February 14, 2004 Report Posted February 14, 2004 make sure you are set for 8 bit color in the game enter the game and take a screenshot open that file in your favorite editor, and save the color palette. Now, any time you make tiles, or any graphics for the game, apply that color palette to it before you save it as an 8 bit .bmp (the problem you are experiencing is that the images you are making are 32 bit color depth, and when you play the game, your color depth is reduced to 8 bit, so the game adjusts the colors automatically, and (generally) it looks like crap.)
