Multiple powerball games in single arena

Can the next version of Continuum be designed so it can have a goal for each frequency? Then have each pair of frequencies (1&2, 3&4, etc.) be handled as totally seperate games. Then you can have a command like ?gamescore=<#game> for ppl so they can select what game they want the scores to. The reason is that I would like to have multiple games in one arena. It seems like a waste having a huge map with one small little Pong game in the middle and 5 ppl speccing waiting to play when you could easily fit 20+ pong courts in an arena. Proball and other games can benefit from this as well; any powerball based map that doesn't take over half the map could benefit. Even if this were limited to something like 10 pairs of frequencies, it would be useful and I'd really appreciate it.

I know there's an option to allow the powerball to either bounce off walls or go through walls. However, I don't believe there's the option of having the ball bounce off some walls and go through others. It would be useful to have a few walls that the ball can go through and ships cannot.

Can an arena setting for disabling warping be added?

Numpf's correct, I mean an arbitratary number of freq's. I was thinking something in the neighborhood of only 10-20 pairs.

Another thing came to me after I made the post though smile.gif

I'd also need to have the ability to specify multiple powerball spawn locations. Maybe let an admin simply give a list of x,y coordinates (one for each ball)? Then I'd want each ball tracked as far as when it scores a goal so the game would spawn each ball in at its own spawn point. I think this is something that can be expanded upon even more to the point of having totally seperate powerballs like we do ships. This will allow a lot of flexibility such as different graphics and behaviors for varying balls. Then you can even apply the same idea's to flags, this would allow you to have a flagging zone with some mobile flags and some nonmobile flags for starters. Other flags could allow you to shoot bombs while others allow you to shoot bullets, etc.
