Port Llast dissolving, their players are free to join other squads. But in order to do this, please ?message Caerbannog+:player x wants to join my squad y .. this from the squad captain, of course.

 

I couldn't find a roster lock date anywhere. We'll be locking players on squads after round 7. And locking all movement after round 10.
