I keep running into the same strange error:

 

I get this message when I run both subgame and subbill:

 

Thu May 08 10:14:18:  Invalid login packet received (KrynetiX)(576807781)(108.8.

97.21)(sec=1)

 

The zone shows up on directory and is green, but when I try to enter I get an infinite "Unknown name, would you like to create it?". When I click yes it disappears but pops right back up, same message.

 

When I don't run subbill the zone doesn't turn green on the zones list and I simply can't enter. Strange..

Is it possible on subgame to disable protocol encryption? (this is possible when using asss). If so, you could try using wireshark

Although I do not know what the section is, nor what value it takes.

My quick guess is that it is in the same section as the other keys that are around it, and maybe setting it to 0 disabled encryption.

The biller window displays "Invalid Login"

Make sure server.ini's Billing:GroupID is greater than 0. Unless you know how to setup billing GroupOps, it is recommended to leave this set to 1. Also, make sure Billing:ScoreID and Billing:ServerID are set to the same value as Misc:Port.

Make sure server.ini's Billing:GroupID is greater than 0. Unless you know how to setup billing GroupOps, it is recommended to leave this set to 1. Also, make sure Billing:ScoreID and Billing:ServerID are set to the same value as Misc:Port.

See what happens if you add your login info with scoreman or datviewer etc.  Then see if you can get in. Would at least let you know if it had something to do with the .dat file. Also if you have a working directory just clone all the files and see if you can set up what you want instead of using the settings that aren't working right now.  I had a lot of problems when one of my subbills got corrupted and i just started fresh and worked without issue.

Did you try running

Continuum.exe Z

using a batch file or command prompt (Start -> Run... -> cmd)

 

 

this should generate new random encryption tables

 

scrty and scrty1 and just copy/paste those into subgame folder I guess you are using scrty/scrty1 files from Continuum v39 or older or maybe trying to run a older Continuum with newer scrty files.

 

If above doesn't work then also in version1 folder copy paste your Continuum.exe and rename it to subspace.exe
