Zone Listings

Whenever I try to download a new zone list, the game goes through all my Directory Servers then gives me the following message:

 

Unable to retrieve new zone listing. Make sure you are using one or more valid directory server addresses(example: sscentral.subspace.net). Also, make sure you are currently connected to the internet.

 

Also, all the zones shown in the list have no ping/number of players listed. I've tried adding one or two more directory servers that I found through searching, but to no avail.

Sounds like you have a firewall blocking important ports. Directory server access uses UDP port 4990.

Unless I'm badly mistaken, I don't have a firewall.
