Looks like some-people have been having some problems with public chat.  When you come into the zone just join ?chat=kaos  and talk in orange to be safe to start.

 

Or just type out MARCO.  If someone responds with a POLO.  your good to go. 

One players in Taiwan is getting about 75% of the messages i'll play with send reliable messages and also see if i can tweek some other settings as you know i'm about the flying and the talking!

 

If you try and log into a zone that says you don't have enough hours to play here.  Its only that zone some zones are only for the chosen! or as it says on the description CHOOSEN

 

Any of the standard zones should indeed be fine but if you have problems post me a message here and i or someone else will fix it.

 

If you are trying to connect with an old copy of SS which i recommend if you have never played the orignal client.  Try SSDZ KAOS South,  SSDZ KAOS classic or SSDZ War they should work

 

If you are trying SSDZ North the file size and the lvz size are really large.  The graphics are pretty but i would still be downloading this from 1995 if i was using my 1200baud modem.  It is the DS9 star trek map that 2pacZ was kind enough to suggest taking a looking at.

Had some people having a trouble with connection earlier those that made it in great to see you!

 

To those that were having packloss problems next time i'll vip you up so you can fly around.  Some of the zones i have to set up to allow high packlosss.

 

Plus i made the mistake of compiling a stack of things on the server computer and running far to many things while i was out.

 

The CPU was maxed out at 100% so i'm sure that didn't help

Cruising at a gentle 22% now so have some fun.

I hope that the SSC is back online but SSDZ will be up all night like the 90s and Elvira.

Okay for this Week while SSC is down i'll lift the time restrictions on all the zones that are up.  I'll take down the others that have hour limits.

SSDZ KAOS Axe Demento SVS is now open.  Feel free to login but i'm only interested in people having fun and playing some SS!

 

There will be some ZomBEEs ™ and some Zombies! and some ZOMbots!

and i'm sure some players will stop by.  I"ll be playing later in the day probably around 11:30pm till late.  

 

As its maple syrup festival time here in the north!
