Last weekend our server was migrated.  Any idea who we can contact to have T3G reactivated on SSC's biller?  No player database or BanG.

The only thing that changed was our IP#.  We have been on SSC over 10 years.  Isn,t there any SSC Staff left to fix this?  Undoing the migration isn't an option.

Priit isn't gone, but he's very hard to get a hold of. Usually you have to go through 2 intermediaries. I don't know the right person to talk to, but someone high up in the biller netops might.

 

Once you get the message to him, it'll take 4-8 weeks and multiple prods to get the IP actually changed in the firewall. I don't defend this, and I personally think it's unforgivable. It is, however, the reality of having one man in charge. It killed my zone for 6 weeks one time (this was many eons ago).
