15973 Posted March 9, 2014 Author Report Posted March 9, 2014 The only thing that changed was our IP#. We have been on SSC over 10 years. Isn,t there any SSC Staff left to fix this? Undoing the migration isn't an option.

Dr Brain Posted March 10, 2014 Report Posted March 10, 2014 Priit isn't gone, but he's very hard to get a hold of. Usually you have to go through 2 intermediaries. I don't know the right person to talk to, but someone high up in the biller netops might. Once you get the message to him, it'll take 4-8 weeks and multiple prods to get the IP actually changed in the firewall. I don't defend this, and I personally think it's unforgivable. It is, however, the reality of having one man in charge. It killed my zone for 6 weeks one time (this was many eons ago). Freedom is the right to be wrong.
