keyboard error

For some reason in ss my # key serves the same function as my \ key!!!

 

ss is the only proggy this happens in.

...it's green, like normal private messages

And for reference, its not the same function, just a similar function. Although you can use one in the other...

it does that but when i want to tpespmthing like

 

!addprize dav1:#16

 

i get

 

!addprize dav1:\16

 

what it is is the american keybord setup but somtimes my keybord is UK and others its US
