Does anyone know who runs this site/server? I've found a serious security flaw in which myself or some other individual could take full control of that entire server.

I'm surprised this issue has never been exploited/seen before given the length of time that site has been around.

 

Does anyone have any contact details for them?, I have contacted "Ace." but no response yet, and no other details on the site.
