login trouble.

i created a profile on the subspace website. downloaded continuum, and went to login to one of the zones and get a error message about someone allready used my name or i entered some information wrong. kinda lost at the moment

The login for the game is not linked to any website. To create a new profile for the game simply enter a username and password into the game client. If it tells you the name is already in use, someone has already registered it, try another name. What you should see when have chosen a name not already in use is a message asking you if you would like to create a new player with the information you have entered. If you want any chance of recovering a lost or stolen password you should enter a valid email in the space provided.
