thermal shield replacement

I miss thermal shields (is protection I would use early in resets before rad coils).

 

Any non-sig burst protection in the plans?

 

 

Current best armor is a 5% damage reduction from bursts.

Can also buy a -1 recharge emitter (which really a -2 recharge because then cant also buy combat sensors for xradar savings) which gives a 9% damage reduction at the cost of 2 recharge.
