omnomnom Posted October 13, 2012 Report Posted October 13, 2012 So you're starting out and you want to play eh? Well, first, type ?buy. This shows a list of item categories you can buy in the zone. To see your money, type ?money. To see whats in a category, you must type ?buy category, with category being the name of the category. Then, to buy an item, do the same thing, but with the name of the item instead. First, you probably want a ship. Go into the Ships category and buy one. There are various newbie items at 0 or 1 exp, that are significantly cheaper then most items. You also may have a starter kit. To check the items on your ship, type ?shipstatus or ?shipitems. ?shipstatus -v will show the most stats. You can also type a number after the command to get a list of items on that particular ship. To check the properties of an item, type ?iteminfo. If you decide to sell an item, type ?sell. Buying does not require the full item name; however, selling does. Now, just go pewpewing, make money, and get better items on your ship! =D Quote

Guest summerglau Posted November 11, 2012 Report Posted November 11, 2012 why not just make a player bot that rewards the first player to post a good tip by taking money from players for suggesting tips, and if they repeat a tip someone else has already done, they forfeit their tip money to that player....... it's like get paid to be pro...... or make a similar bot for ship builds which wouldn't have to be manually compared to reward players..... your tip money would be forfeit based on the percentage of difference your ship build is unique (not necessarily on a ratio scale.... meaning if your build is 1% different from unix's build, you would get 1% of 1% of the credit for your build..... unix would get the rest..... tada..... I just broke the economy of HS in unix and psythes favor..... now get out there and program this bot someone! Quote
spittnacid Posted November 11, 2012 Report Posted November 11, 2012 or we can tax the 1% and ppl that sit in spec and redisrtribute to the players playing based on time played. Quote
