instead of ?flag putting you direclty on a flag freq it should send a request to the flag bot that you are interested in flagging.

 

The flag bot then waits for 30 seconds or so (for other ?flag requests) before putting you in the game. This way bot can balance players. the flag bot then will place you on a flagging freq. The bot will also remember what players it put on what freq.

 

If you leave the flag freq (forced/self induced) and need to renter, the flag bot can then attempt to place you back on your origional freq.

 

Also if teams become unblanced it could ask the overpowered freq for people wanting to hop to balance the teams, and also reward the hopper in some way.
