So far, in the half year or so Psythe has been zone mapper, he has uploaded 2 maps, which he just copied bases off old maps for, something that can be done by anyone, and has done nothing else. Literally 2 maps.

 

Earlier this week, I handed him a brand new duel arena, and had to walk him through literally every step required to upload the map to the zone. I remind you he is the ZONE MAPPER. He genuinely did not know any of the steps at all.

 

He then didn't listen to me for the last 4 steps (setting safety timer, attaching shield module, attaching ship gfx) and then said "remind me later". When reminded later, he did nothing.

He then proceeded to delete the arena when he couldn't figure out how to do his job properly, and then took it upon himself to move boxduel elsewhere, an arena possibly as old as hs.

 

When 5 or more players including himself approached him and said "wtf psythe youre an idiot, put it back", he immediately blamed spidernl with some dumb excuse. He then made up some dumb excuse about the zone not needing more than 1 arena with "duel" in the name. He then made up some dumb excuse about the zone not needing any more arenas.

 

Why is this obviously incompetent fool still on the moderator list?

im also curious why the zone mapper is allowed to discard the zone rules and silence players for personal reasons, especially when so many real moderators tell players to use the ?ignore command

additionally, lets see if he tries to ruin saiy's duel tourny, or if he tries to make a halfass arena to save his butt now that everyone knows hes a fake...

first there was the ceiu dumbass, but then he realized spidernl was smarter than he was and quit

When have moderators not abused? Just be glad they only degranted that much. Honestly, they're really nice right now. They used to just screw you over by degranting until you had negative money. The mods will stop replying to this thread, defend each other/themselves, or close this thread. I feel for you, but this is a pointless thread.

Just kidding. However, Cheese is - probably more than most people - aware of the fact that posting staff abuse QQ on forums is utterly useless.

Edit: Interesting note: Cheese! never actually denied having hopped. That makes that degrant very reasonable.

And yes, others should be treated the same - however, prior "rule breaking" causes staff to keep an eye on you -> spot you -> degrant you.
