Included in the Shiptutorial.zip are the Bryce7 project files for animating a ship, A text file explaining a bit how to go about getting a ship made, and a utility of my own design, which I have dubbed MegaSplicer, which assembles the frames from the series of .bmp's output by Bryce(36x36 VIE only). It generates two files from the raw frames, a flat file, and a roll file. May need XP Sp3 compatibility. One should note that as of this posting, you can download Bryce7 for free from Daz3d.com. I do realize that this is not the primary function of Bryce, but it is a capable program and far more simple and quicker to get results with if you are just a arm-chair creator such as myself. I will look into D3d meshes, but I have a feeling the boolean models Bryce creates might not be to conducive to exportation to a format usable by direct3d. I will have a look tho. I remember these... Not unsurprising and impossible at the same time. Making sure that each ship came with not only a 9000 series Toastarificator (w/ Nano Robotic Automatic Jam Spreader), but A Climax Series: Vibrating, Auto-Lubing, Captains Chair.
