why do i lag out

it seems like every time i go to play im always in the red. i have a wirless router with exellent connection is it just not possible to steam or is there a way i can prioritize continuum any help would be gratefull ps. i love this game!

Looks like it might also be with Qwest/Century Link.... Hopone of course, but got some bad ploss with his Qwest hop.

 

What you can try is visiting a site like http://www.pingtest.net/ and see if you have any issues with your connection in general.

i went and did a ping test got 0% packet loss 182ping and 114jitter. what is hopone and is there any way to help my latency?
