Many many names that name traders create, have legitimate e-mails. Why? So they don't lose them. Sadly this is where they are smarter than you average player. If you take a name from another player, or trade for a name and they lostpassword the name, we are unable to help you. Legitimately, their Registration info will match the name, and they can say it was stolen, etc. Then by filling out a ticket for us to retrieve it for them, they can technically retrieve the name. It is impossible for us to know the thousands of names people use, and who they belong to. All we can go on is last login information and registration data (along with 1 or 2 reliable alias dbs). It is important that you do not trade for names, or take names from another player. You might find yourself screwed over in the end.
