zones light up all red

im using an acer netbook one(d255e model) the game worked for about a month then just stoped. i cant update anything and i cant get into any games.all the zones light up red and not green.I deleted the game aand reinstalled it 4 times no go.whaT you think the problem is????thanksi

Check your firewall. Probably activated it or changed the settings on it without meaning to.
