I should be a fuckin sysop the amount of time/help I've put into Deva but instead I log back in to find my mod status removed, yet again. Edit- Ok, so it is "NR" that has mod status. I must have been confused. And mb if I'm still listed as mod, I just jumped to conclusions based on the last 2 times I was "removed". But you still do have to agree the hiring process in Deva is misguided. I know about Quigy and his alias lol. For some reason I could have swore cheese! was sysop. Hakaku Posted July 14, 2011 Report Posted July 14, 2011 You're listed as a mod under the username 'No_Remorse', and as a developer/arena owner under the name 'nr' in your private arena. Mods and devs don't share the same powers, but you can always check if you're listed in a group using ?lp. I can't really provide a list of staff members, since quite a number are inactive, others have powers specific to certain arenas, and others I'm not sure because tm keeps changing them categories. Also, I'm lazy. The staffing process isn't perfect, and there used to be lots of conflict between tm and XDOOM, with one adding everyone as a mod, and the other triaging the excess. But I've let tm continue to handle the staffing part since he's a lot more involved in the game than I am, and it's only fair. Since we've been on ASSS, he's rarely removed anyone unless there were certain signs of abuse or game manipulation. Quote

If they need the powers back when they become active again, they should just ask, and they will get their previous powers returned to them. So if anything your complaint should be that they are taking forever to give back your powers. lol If you weren't inactive and powers were removed that's another story.
