Base Themes

Kinda to go with the entire base theme idea of "retro bases" or whatever.

 

How about we do more theme style bases?

 

Fun House Bases - Bases that ignore conventional ideas of basing. Random tiles to block thors all over the base. Random tiles that trap your weapons. (So yeah can insta kill anything with a burst if you trap it in there). Boxes made of invisible tiles so you can be protected. Idk, lots of things. Could also have transportation areas where it brings you to completely different part of base, but is still part of the one path method that we currently have so you dont get lost.

 

Retro Bases - Bring them back again

 

One super base - Similar to how we had base 4/5 connected, but even more insane with one super base.

 

Inverted bases - Kinda how it was done to that one base... Just rotated 90 degrees. Imagine doing that to some more bases!

 

 

That's all I can think of for now.

 

Would be interesting to see some of these ideas. Relatively easy to implement, and would add into game play some more. The fun house bases would be most interesting for this. Seeing as how it'd really confuse ppl and change how glines/blines are done.

Forgot to add... things like "no brick" week or "no field" week "no bounce week" things like that.

 

Experimental things that'd be interesting to try for a week or more.

No bounce week would be some epic rushing in basing.

 

Also, and i'm sure a lot of players will want this: "No prox week"

 

other ideas:

Bring happy cobalt day back (everyone gets randomly prized a cobalt)

Bring vortex back (why not?)

Single tile base week >.>

Make a really long base out of the area between bases and sectors (aka rabbit zone)
