Eww In a club or such I might skip washing hands but only when the sufaces I'dhave to touch in order to get my hands washed are covered in vomit etc.So, basically I pick whatever is the cleaner solution.

If you do not, try it, you'll feel like a new man when you put your shirt back on. Also, put your shirt back on before you flush incase something goes wrong.
