Can't say that I condone it, and I've been on the receiving end of it, but it's not going away. Nobodies perfect, biases will get the better of otherwise reasonable people and 10 year bans will happen.

At least my ban would have been less, and I would have had a chance to cheat once, and brag about it, and know what it feels like.
