I just noticed the bit about "map submission" in his post... Is he expecting people to give him a map?

 

If you want to start a zone, that's great. But anyone can download subgame and get it running... The point of starting a zone is to actually create stuff, or get an idea together on how stuff should be done, and gather a small team of people if needed to get the job done.
