PlayWolf Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 GOOD POINT, without any mobility items on that then you just be having 8 speed 7 thrust, and most can out run that with the touch of afterburns, thank goodness for Iner! lol "What's a furry?"<br />"WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF"
PlayWolf Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 And system op when i had carnotNow i'm just using weak ol' Beta Drive :3 "What's a furry?"<br />"WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF"
Unix Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 I'm not sure about negative effects of maxthrust/maxspeed, but I know that when it comes to positive effects, +1 maxspeed and then having +11 speed does not give you 100% speed, it gives you something close though. If that's true, then you won't get 100% on +10 with +0 max either. With +10 speed/thrust I get 100% on those. With +1 maxspeed/maxthrust though, I no longer have 100% on those, while all things else stay the same.
Dr Brain Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 So you're saying 10/10 is 100% and 10/11 isn't 100%? Duh? Freedom is the right to be wrong.
PlayWolf Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 Standard 100% 10/10 you buy something like iner, max, system, or mane with the +max NOW you have more max making it not 100% anymore! "What's a furry?"<br />"WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF"
Cheese Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 so that must mean 100% of 110% of 100% is less than 100% of 100%?no its just 100% SSC Distension OwnerSSCU Trench Wars Developer3:JabJabJab> sometimes i feel like when im in this mood im like a productive form of CheeseDr Brain> Pretty much everything you said was wrong. Except where you called me a lazy jerk with no time. That was true.3:KrynetiX> do you ever open your web browser and type ?go google5:Ceiu> Wow. My colon decided that was a good time to evacuate itself.
Deathmonger Posted January 14, 2011 Report Posted January 14, 2011 Hydrazine is better IMO if you compensate the rotation with man fins, inertial damper, etc. Rushing does involve moving in a straight line down corridors. With PD you typically want to wait a few secs for your PD to attach so you have time to rotate yourself into position to rush. PD levi is about keeping your levi alive as along as possible while PD does the work, so defensive items like armor, reps, nrg, etc are most important. You don't need a speed mount.
Unix Posted January 16, 2011 Report Posted January 16, 2011 Use your own theory on rushing, each has their own theory on how to rush. Build around that theory.
Zasso Posted January 16, 2011 Author Report Posted January 16, 2011 If levi's could have manfins, I'm all up for getting hydra and ditching speedmount. But at this moment, it can't, so your idea is useless.Sorry, try again. But damnn~ All this %'s and what not. You guys lost me.I think carnot>ion in thrust (I'm probably right) and that's all that matters at this point. ^O^ Now, choose a build from the list and actually be helpful.
Deathmonger Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 The point is levi rotation doesn't matter, especially with PD. That point still stands. With hydrazine, the levi is dangerous even in center.
