hello, is this still up for question? I would love to help bring back DS nothing but time lately, my job consists of me being on the pc most of time anyways so I might as well help bring DS back if ya'll r still interested. If you don't know who I am, I use to be coowner of DS along with SideBurn when pop was very high like 150 avg, it was doing very well until me and sideburn parted ways from SS work/school.. after that DS slowly went down hill. Reason why DS was so successful at that time was the staff were great, we were constantly updating zone with new things also bak then 50% packetloss was around, he would make us custom bots all the time whatever idea we had he would implement (one thing ss is missing nowadays r active botmakers) god i miss 50% he was great.

 

anyways i will join the DS chat and gather ideas/suggestions there so please join, having DS back I think would be great especially with a new active staff/devvers I really think it can be successfull

instead of replying back to my post with positive feedback all I get r useless posts saying I'm a liar pretty much? 90 being most in ds? If you want me to be specific most in DS at one time was 186 around there, while average was like 100-120 peeps for about 2-4 months. Really wana know what statistics ur looking at Polix or if you're just talking outa ur ass? I wish I had all my old files I'd run thru the news.txt and find the special news we did after reaching that pop (to be fair there were like 5-10 bots on) And Polix please, dont ever compare me to a twer

Na not defensive just got heated when he compared me to a twer and polix of all people. unfortunately no proof i've had like 20 computers since then, was around 04-05 when i staffed DS

In all this useless bantering I'm wondering if the zone will actually morph into something decent before it gets put up or if you (whomever will own it) is going to just put up all the old garbage, cross fingers, and hope? I gotta say the men that I created when Lt Nirv was "in charge" of graphics killed the zone because they were dwarfish and impossible to see not to mention single pixel sized bullets gunning you down. If you can get someone to produce larger scale (but not as big as those clumsy ones in that EG sub worm made) and make bullets able to be seen...and get brain to help out with getting you guys on asss and hscore and sell items...ok...then you got something...
