Poker Anyone?

Just wondering if anyone plays poker. I've been playing for about 5 years now. I have a decent variance in live games and a horrible variance online. I also like keeping up with all of the sick degens who play nosebleed stakes online. The amount of money these pros pass back and forth to each other is disgusting. Unfortunately I live in a bible belt state where gambling is illegal (unless you are on a indian reservation) so there is not a lot of constant action going on in my city. This makes it hard to grow a bankroll in a reasonable amount of time which means playing poker for a living really isn't an option here.

 

 

 

I could type a good paragraph here but I'll wait to see if any of you have an interest in poker before I get into any lengthy trains of thought about the subject.

i like to think im good at poker

 

i play alot with my buddys and stuff and do decent... i don't really play odds or statistics i just go with my gut and reads etc.

 

but ya lost like 400$ at the casino like a week ago so fuck it!

I looked at my online stats and it's pretty embarrassing. Over a 5 year period I am down almost a grand. I couldn't tell you what I am up or down as far as live play goes. I don't track it. I just go home pissed or go to the bar happy and blow my winnings.
