This has been a problem since flagging was introduced to hyperspace and it's population has gone (for the most part) upward since. If you don't like it go find a new zone.

the first clue was when you forgot that the problem with flagging used to be flanking and not stacking

the second clue was when you said the population has gone upward since, implying you did not play when neither stacking nor flanking was a problem
