So I noticed SSCU Trench Wars was at a whooping 90 players, so I entered the zone, because at 7am there isn't anything going on anywhere..

 

I went to every arena in Trench, and only found a total of 15 player playing!!

 

You may ask yourself, "ya, and whats your point?". And to be honest, I don't know! Just thought it was crazy.

 

So, I did the same thing with SSCU Extreme Games, they were at a total of 65 players.

 

Only 9 playing.

 

SSCU Death Star Battle at 30, with 5 playing.

 

SSCX Chaos/League Zone SVS at 35, 1 playing

 

SSCX PowerBall at 20, 0 playing

When zones are slumbering, most of the players tend to stay in spectator and just chat or be AFK. In Trench Wars, players being AFK in a public arena for too long are moved to the subarena 'afk'.

 

The other reason is that most zones have some bots running that increment the total zone population.

it was probably cuz of the recycle...i was watching population after zone turned from red to green to see how many people were actually playing at the time of day. it quickly got up to 18 and then stayed right around 17-20 for a while. then i realized i should go to bed as well cuz i had a midterm in 4 hours and hadn't slept

Aren't there like 45-65'ish bots usually loaded up in TW? Edited October 29, 2010 by L.C.
