Patman1 Posted November 4, 2010 Author Report Posted November 4, 2010 (edited) Ya there is barely any cash going to loosing team, if winning team gets 20k, loosing gets like 2-3k, I think if we boost up loose money people will hop less. At least that's one of the problems solved. Edited November 4, 2010 by Patman1 Quote
Samapico Posted November 4, 2010 Report Posted November 4, 2010 Give everyone 100k at the end of each game. People will not hop or rage quit. FIXED. Quote
Corey Posted November 4, 2010 Report Posted November 4, 2010 Losing team gets more money!!!1!1!!!!!111 Quote
spidernl Posted November 4, 2010 Report Posted November 4, 2010 no, only 5% I think it's 20%, unless it was changed. Back when someone won a 99,999 jackpot (0 experience, solo freq) the rest of the zone got 20k.It definitely isn't 5%, because 7-8k jackpots result in approximately 1.8-2.5k jackpots for the 'losers'. Edit: Gotta love how you can't fix punctuation without this EDITED tag coming up  Edit: Gotta love how I can edit other people's posts without leaving any traces -SamapicoI even erased your traces, in fact. vetta64 Posted November 4, 2010 Report Posted November 4, 2010 the old system was always better. It's like when your favorite band (Rush) comes out with a new album like 10 years after thier good stuff and its just crap. You begin to realize that no matter how hard they try it will never be quite the same. So you just forget about it and listen to the old stuff you like (like Farewell to Kings and Permanant Waves).  Except that with HS you cant go back and play the old stuff because you dont have access to old setting and bases. So you just thave to live with whats right in front of you. The moral of the story is: You got what you asked for and didn't like it so you thought that by asking one more time it would be better, except it won't. Unix Posted November 5, 2010 Report Posted November 5, 2010 Losing team gets about 20-25% give or take, no where near half. I think half would be a pretty good amount though, then a lot less people will rage quit and or wait to hop to winning team, but then again there'll be plenty of people who want to hop because they'll get double the money. And is that module for the IP recording possible to prevent hopping completely and to keep your flagging team permanently? That way people cant just sit in spec hoping to hop. Â Not sure if it's possible, but could the losing flag team get 50% whereas the non flagging teams get closer to barely anything, the non flagging teams dont really do anything in terms of the flagging jackpot, but they're still getting the same reward as the losing flag team? Â Since the non flagging teams are meant to be more of a priv freq, would it be possible to bring back the old module where you could "own" a freq? That way you can actually have your own freq and kick people out you dont want on the same freq. Forgot what the syntax for the entire thing was, but it was like... ?joinfreq name:password or something like that. Quote

Dr Brain Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 I've always assumed that cheese is 12 or 13 years old, so I guess that still makes him immature. Quote

vetta64 Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Some people get "locked" into a certain age in life, usually when something tramatic happens, i.e. cheese will always be 12 even though he is technically 30 now. Quote
