its cool that someone finally stepped up and tried getting new staffers

 

i would like to know more about the new hs hiring policies, because the iron curtain that is hs staff is hard to see through

because so far it seems that theres no real hiring or validation system

additionally, theres no real dean of staff, theres just a bunch of people hiring willy nilly

 

corey s was a good hire, and he has been doing the job he was hired to do well (perhaps too well, people hate dling every 3 days)

its nice to have new bases

 

playwolf was a surprising hire, i would never have expected it

however, he is a bit timid, and falls to peer pressure far too easily, to the point where he is needlessly fining the innocent because other corrupt staffers have personal vendettas. it also appears that his mental health is declining over time, making his behavior more erratic. i would reconsider this hire, as there is plenty of other candidates in hs.

 

spidernl seems to be missing from hs. he was hired as a coder because he was 'learning asss'.

not a great qualification, but theres still (undisplayed) potential.

 

namp was apparently hired on the spot on one of d1's annual visits, and then proceeded to abuse and degrant on his first day.

he has unsuccessfully attempted to host rabbit a few times. however, other staffers are complaining about his presence on staff, and he lets personal bias get in the way of his job. apparently he is also well known among players for his erratic and excessive fines.

i would not consider him fit for the position he currently holds.

(for idiots: namp has fined cheese $0 so far)

 

 

 

a problem that has been needing to be addressed is that the degrant command is UNTAGGED.

players need to know whos stealing their money.

you owe it to them.

the only excusable instance is when the staffer doesnt appear on ?listmod

 

 

additionally you need to have a staff trainer, so that your staff is competent enough to know that there is a word filter, and that they should not be fining after they turn that filter off for themselves, or for words that are not on that filter

I am missing from hs? I'm also disappointed that there isn't more hate. I'd expected some cool story about abuse or something.

Nice to see im not hated on too much, and some people understand what im trying to do. But i'll just clear this up.

I upload bases every thursday, although this week may be different. I like the way old base week is going, and i may let it go for another week. Other then that, expect to see 2 new bases/1 map change every thursday (7 days)

I'm not easily trolled, you have no clue that text does not bother me an anyway. Sure I'll reply in an "Immature way", I do it because I CAN. Longs if there is no rule breaking. It's more of a laugh that you have to reply to such stupid comments in the first place.

Agreed. Some of his bases are fruity but I like the variation, and rotating bases make flagging interesting (for once).

Spidernl and Namp are okay hires. I don't think they've always been the most mature, but they do their jobs. Who the heck hired Playwolf? Echoing:
