Hi! I'm new on this forum, so be nice.

 

What I wanted to know is, are there any rules against a player organizing a dueling league?

I've never seen any, but it pays to check.

There's no problem with a player organized anything. There have actually been a few in the past. And unlike the staff organized events, they actually happen.
