post editing

scenario:

 

1. cheese sends new post - "hello i am chees"
   
2. post is sent
   
3. cheese sees post: OH SHI-
   
4. cheese hits edit and changes to "hello i am cheese"
   
5. forums immediately slaps HUEG BOX LOL on post saying CHEESE EDIT'D POST LOL on post
   
6. box is actually bigger than entire post
   

 

 

 

it would be cool if you could add an hour or so (or even 10 mins) to avoid the edit box being added.

you could also override that limit if the edit is done after the next post by whoever.

 

this was successfully done on MGB forums, and it should be here too.

I can edit without the notice until someone else reads the post. I imagine the same settings apply to you.
