Whenever i try to get on continuum, it says, "fatal error 000004bc". what does that mean?

Open up Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC hotkey) and make sure all instances of Continuum.exe are terminated.

Then try to run Continuum.exe as an Administrator (if this works, try turning off UAC or whitelisting Continuum.exe from UAC if possible).*

 

*If you already know how, give it a go! Otherwise press the WinKey+R hotkey to bring up the Run prompt, type in cmd and hit enter, and then navigate to where you installed Continuum (you might type cd C:\Program Files\Continuum\ or cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Continuum\ depending on which version of 7 you are running), and then type runas /user Administrator Continuum.exe.
