Priv Flagging in Subarena

Prop P: Allow a subarena or maybe just an event where a freq captain (voted by other players?) can select 7 teammates to flag with. Everyone else who joins the arena will be assigned to the other team.

 

 

This would not necessarily break down into organized 8 player priv vs 20 player unorganized rabble since all players that join apart from the 8 player priv will be assigned to the same team and so can stack with whoever they like.

I think this could be a great event with mod supervision. It could possibly only be a hosted event because it would take away from the pub for a good chunk of time. Would you only want the one captain to choose 8 players and the rest go to the other freq or would you possibly want 2 captains choosing teams until all are chosen? This could possibly be a really nice alteration of turf that everyone was a fan of.

If you remove money, then yes. Having a Private flagging arena does not mean you cannot get money for it (although it seems to be the good option here).
