As SSGN staff know, I am planning to create a huge section for players to submit links to SubSpace reviews in magazines, on websites, and on television. Well, to kind of kick it off, I figured it might be nice to have a few links. I found an old link in my e-mail and it kind of kick started the idea in my brain again.

Was also in Newsweek in 1996 if any can get scan of that.

Also know we were in Gamepro at one point, and IGN has reviewed SS a few times. Just a hint to links before I go crash

Best line ever: "The game's player base is around 20,000, but they're 20,000 of the most hard-core gamers out there."

now it reads:

The game's player base is around 2,000, but they're 2,000 people that still haven't left yet

Player base and population are not the same thing. I don't think the player base has shrunk a whole lot (maybe 50%), but the population now represents a smaller percentage, because not many zones are developing new things.
Freedom is the right to be wrong.

It could also be argued the population has declined because zones developed new things... and then destroyed the old things. ;) Obviously entire new zones are an exception.
