Average latency is around 1500ms. Those speeds are accurate for the current time.

So you're plugged directly to whoever is considered your ISP or something...

 

I used to have ridiculous speeds too when our university residences used the university's connection. It showed up as the ISP, and I had somewhere around 10-15 Mb/s, and something like 6-8 Mb/s upload.

To LC they don't offer satellite internet around here. They have satellite tv around here but for the internet they team up with the phone company for dsl or fios.

 

To Sama it's a cable connection suppose to be 25m down 3m up. I got curious of different peoples speeds cuz there is this one dude who posts his connection speed every post like it is a godly connection or something.

In TW's afk arena (with about 24 people or so people idling there, the average downstream is 2 bytes per second, and average upstream is 25 bytes per second. In a heated battle at the flag in public with about 16 players on screen, total throughput does not seem to exceed 250 bytes per second (from spectator mode anyway). Per-player throughput (again from spectator mode) can range from 75 to 150 bytes per seconds.

do you guys live in the internets? those speeds are ridiculous! i only get about 34/4 Mbps 34ms.

 

 

that settles it im moving near (not in) amsterdam. weed and supa fast internets. im sold.

RIGHT now my area/provider only supports 5Mb/s
