kid Posted June 6, 2010 Report Posted June 6, 2010 In this thread we suggest games for each other. Currently I am looking for an RPG playable on Linux. Quote
Dr Brain Posted June 6, 2010 Report Posted June 6, 2010 Nethack or Falcon's Eye (same game, different graphics) springs to mind. Quote
kid Posted June 6, 2010 Author Report Posted June 6, 2010 Was considering Falcon's Eye, but I want to a multiplayer game. Have you heard anything about crossfire? Quote

kid Posted June 7, 2010 Author Report Posted June 7, 2010 A friend gave me his Neverwinter nights disc and it turns out there is a Linux version. I'm starting that tonight; I'll let you guys know what I think of it. Quote
»Purge Posted June 7, 2010 Report Posted June 7, 2010 I've been hooked on Spore lately, and there is a way to get it working on Linux. Quote
kid Posted June 7, 2010 Author Report Posted June 7, 2010 I've been hooked on Spore lately, and there is a way to get it working on Linux. I heard they loosened their DRM and I am now considering playing that and Mass Effect/2. Then again, I'm not sure securom ever worked on linux. Quote
»Purge Posted June 9, 2010 Report Posted June 9, 2010 Man, Spore is addicting once you reach the Space stage. The Space stage should take you a great deal of time to fully complete (controlling the entire galaxy) if you go at it for around 3 hours a day, and the replay value is high, so there's almost no end to this. »Purge Posted June 9, 2010 Report Posted June 9, 2010 omgosh. Someone should make a Spore zone using Hyperspace's core modules. Quote
