sharks used to be annoying, until sigs came in.

theyre currently useless.

 

i propose they can attach normally, like other ships, instead of only lancs.

 

 

either that or let them have sigs, or more item choices.

I do agree that sharks have received too much nerf.

 

Also understand that you can't just add sig to fix the problem. Allowing other non sig items may fix the problem.

 

Sharks are also still the most leakable ship with cloak even if they only get 2 reps. However, 4 rep wb with ad > 2 rep cloak shark with ad.

Shark is a signature ship - needs no signature item.

That is the idea, and to clarify, any adjustments made to the shark would involve changing its stats and not so much changing the items it could use at this point.

Does the shark have some basic bomb damage protection? With its small size, bombs would naturally do more damage, but I never seem to be able to do much damage with a bomb to a shark

I still think they should go back to the old, normal sized ship that had a fixed item configuration that was always the same on every account and impossible to change. As soon as you make your account you would be able to use the shark and it would make for one ship to duel with thats balanced for each player, along with something for noobs to use while their wb sucks... or just something to use while you're bored, an extra ship.
