I been playing this game from time to time seens beta and when my virus-program updated last time it says that continuum.exe has a virus. i fixed it for myself.I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem before or now, and it can be bit anoying if you as a new player try to install it and it says its a virus in it.
Samapico Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 Continuum's executable is "packed" using some kind of encryption that is commonly used on some trojans. While this makes cracking/hacking the exe much harder, it may trigger some false positives with some antivirus programs... I don't think I heard of other programs than Avast having trouble with Continuum though
